About Me
I am currently investigating the integrated structural and site-specific N-glycoproteomic profiling of complement components C3 and C4 in Alzheimer’s disease. My work utilizes Limited Proteolysis-Mass Spectrometry (LiP-MS) and advanced glycoproteomics to reveal how conformational changes and glycosylation heterogeneity drive complement dysregulation.

Dr. Li’s world-renowned expertise in mass spectrometry and the lab's cutting-edge instrumentation provided the perfect platform for my research interests. I chose the Li Group because of its unique ability to bridge advanced analytical chemistry with complex structural biology, offering an unparalleled environment for innovation.
